A to Z Blogging Challenge

Okay, so as per usual, I'm late in getting a post done.  I should have written this yesterday, or earlier today, but I didn't.

Anyway, back in January, my mom convinced me to join her in the A to Z Blogging Challenge.  I figured, sure, why not?  I have 3 months to prepare and pre-write.  It'll be easy!  Unfortunately for me, I got hit real hard with the procrastination gene (Thanks Dad!).  So now it's literally 12:01 AM on April 1st, aka day one of the challenge, and let's just say that I didn't do any of that preparation or pre-writing!

I did finally decide on a theme this morning, now it's just a matter of figuring out what to write about within said theme.  So here's the run down of the challenge.  Starting today, April first, we'll all blog about one thing a day.  Your topic for the day must follow alphabetical order.  Today will be A, the 2nd will be B and so on.  We'll blog every day except Sunday (with the exception of today of course).  That's basically it, but if you want to read more about the challenge, you can click the logo on the right.

I've decided to blog an alphabetical bucket list for you all.  Finding topics is turning out to be harder than I anticipated, so it should be interesting to see what I come up with!  Stay tuned....the letter "A" will be coming at you in about 12 hours.  :)

hi- looking forward to reading your posts. Nice to meet you. You might want to go into settings-comments and disable your word verification though - a lot of people don't bother commenting if there is one applied during the challenge.

See you later for 'a'

PS - I never pre-write my posts, so don't worry, you're in good company

Nice to meet you! I'm following you from the A to Z challenge. I look forward to your posts! Coming up with a theme is the most difficult part!

I'm a new follower via the A to Z. Nice to meet you! I've only written about 16 posts so far. I chose writing as my theme since that's what I blog about.

Maybe just pick random words and write about that. No theme necessary. You should get rid of the word verification though so it's easier for folks to comment.

Hi Sarah - don't sweat not having a theme. Look around you - topics and ideas are in the everyday things we do.

This Challenge is all about having fun, meeting new bloggers and showcasing your blog - not worrying about themes.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Thanks for stopping by everyone! Just as an FYI...word verification has been disabled....that was also on the list of things that got procrastinated. :) New post is finally up....enjoy!

Don't worry...you're not the only one who didn't write a word before April 1st. I think that having 26 posts pre-written would be just about impossible for me! Good luck on the challenge!

LOL, you sound like me. Procrastination is my best friend. I managed to to get one weeks worth pre-written but that's only because a friend of mine also doing the challenge kept egging me on. I work great under pressure actually. Besides we're suppose to keep them short and sweet. No pressure. :)
Good Luck and Happy Blogging.

Stopping in via the A-Z blogging challenge.
